Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, better known as Kid Cudi haven’t released an album in 4 years. In fact, his last album, ‘Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin‘ dropped in 2016. 10-years ago Mescudi released ‘Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager‘, and now he returns in the finale to the trilogy with ‘Man on the Moon III: The Chosen’. Furthermore, the real question is, how is the new album, ‘Man on the Moon III’?
The 18-track album has 4 features from Skepta, Pop Smoke, Phoebe Bridgers, and Trippie Redd. Playing on a similar theme from ‘The End of the Day‘ and ‘The Legend of Mr. Rager’, the album is grouped into 4 acts: Return 2 Madness; The Rager, The Menace; Heart of Rose Gold; and Powers. Trying to win back his peace and happiness, throughout the album Cudi finds himself in a battle with the evil side of his alter ego.
